By claiming a profile, you confirm that you are the licensed real estate agent listed. You must provide accurate information including your ARMLS Agent ID for verification.

2. Communications

If you opt in to receive communications, you agree to receive:

• Email communications about events and opportunities
• Text messages (standard message and data rates may apply)
• AI-powered calls about leads and market updates
• Human calls for partnerships and exclusive opportunities

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, clicking unsubscribe in emails, or contacting us directly.

3. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of content you add to your profile (photos, bio, etc.) but grant us a license to display it on our platform.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform for spam, fraudulent claims, or any illegal activities.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to remove profiles or terminate access for violations of these terms.
